Overseas After-Sales Delivery Engineer
Locations: Guangzhou Headquarters& Overseas Project Sites (Europe, Southeast Asia)
Job Responsibilities:
1、OverseasProject Delivery:
（1）Responsible for the overseas on-site delivery of energy storage products (battery cabinets/BMS/PCS) and microgrid equipment, coordinating the entire process ofequipment installation, debugging, and acceptance.
（2）Develop an overseas project delivery plan that covers the timeline and task arrangements for each stage of equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance, and coordinate internal team work.
2、Product Commissioning & Optimization:
（1）Perform performance testing and parameter tuning for energy-storage systems (battery cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc.) to guarantee reliable, stable operation.
（2）Travelto project sites to handle commissioning, delivery, and troubleshooting;provide on-site technical guidance and training.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, or related discipline.
• Minimum two years’experience in energy-storage or microgrid industries; prior overseas delivery experience preferred.
• Able to independently complete the debugging of energy storage equipment and be familiar with hardware systems such as battery cabinets/PCS. (Training available)
• Adapt to short-term business trips in Europe/Southeast Asia, English is required for work needs.(Strict requirement!!)

International Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage existing overseas clients; identify new opportunities, prepare quotations, and track project progress.
• Develop new customers and maintain foreign clients through various channels such as Google, LinkedIn, social media, and Alibaba International.
• Host international delegations and provide in-house translation support.
• Participate in overseas exhibitions and expand new markets.
• Independently conduct market research and data analysis to guide sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up the entireprocess of project bidding, plan design, and contract signing.
• Maintain clientrelationships, organize technical exchanges, and promote projectimplementation.
Job Requirements:

After-sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• On-site commissioning of energy storage equipment: Lead performance testing and parameter tuning for storage cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc. on overseas projects. Ensure stable operation, quickly troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems during commissioning.
• Overseas technical support: Train local partners/end users on equipment operation, provide commissioning guidance, and help local teams operate independently.
• Project delivery coordination: Work with the project team to push forward grid connection, trial operation, and acceptance of overseas storage projects. Keep customers updated on commissioning progress, collect feedback, and drive improvements.
• On-site after-sales support: Assist the project manager in delivering after‑sales services for overseas storage cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc.
• Technical documentation: Write commissioning reports and equipment manuals in both Chinese and English, update the project document library, and ensure knowledge is reusable.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, or a related field. Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in commissioning or delivering large electrical equipment. Experience in energy storage, solar, or micro-grid projects, and familiarity with battery cabinets, PCS, etc. is preferred.
• Solid electrical engineering knowledge, strong hands-on skills, and ability to solve technical problems independently.
• English must be working proficient (non‑negotiable). Willing to travel on short-term assignments within Europe and Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up with existing overseas customers, uncover new needs, provide quotes, and manage project follow-ups.
• Use Google, LinkedIn, social media, Alibaba International Station RFQ, and independent websites to develop new clients and maintain overseas accounts.
• Host international visitors and handle internal translation.
• Participate in overseas exhibitions and explore new markets.
• Independently gather market intelligence, analyze trends, and conduct industry research.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and logistics teams as well as the factory to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Travel overseas regularly to visit and support customers on site.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a public university, 1+ year of B2B export experience, familiar with export procedures.
• Solid written English (CET-4 or above) and strong spoken English to communicate effectively with clients.

Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee full lifecycle of overseas energy storage projects: from initiation and solution implementation to on-site commissioning, grid connection, acceptance, delivery, and payment collection. Drive progress, quality, cost, and safety to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate resources and resolve cross-departmental or cross-partner issues to keep equipment supply (cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS), installation, and commissioning running smoothly.
• Manage overseas project sites: communicate with local owners, partners, and commissioning teams, provide progress updates, push for issue resolution, and handle unexpected technical/commercial problems to maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee commissioning and acceptance: supervise performance testing, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting, push for grid connection, trial operation, and final acceptance, ensuring all standards are met.
• Manage technical and commercial documentation: prepare and archive bilingual commissioning reports, acceptance documents, project records, etc., and update the document library.
• Coordinate overseas technical support: help deliver equipment operation training to local partners/end users to ensure post-delivery independent operation and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, Project Management, or a related field. Overseas energy storage/solar/micro-grid project experience or overseas study/work background is a plus.
• 2+ years of project management experience in large electrical equipment or energy storage delivery. Familiar with key equipment principles (cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS) and on-site commissioning points.
• Solid electrical fundamentals: able to work with technical teams to resolve basic technical issues. Experience handling on-site emergencies.
• English must be working proficient (non-negotiable): fluent in written/oral business communication, documentation, and meetings. Willing to travel in Europe and Asia.
• Good grasp of project management methods, with awareness of cost, schedule, and risk control. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
